Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: on your iPhone, go to Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › FormlyConvert. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the current period.

My Pro purchase doesn't show up.

Restore your purchases from the Pro screen in the app. You need to be signed in with the same Apple Account. If the problem continues, write to us.

Where are my converted files?

Converted files are kept in the app's History, where you can share them or save them to Files.

How do I open a file from another app?

In Mail, WhatsApp or Files, touch and hold the file, choose Share, then choose FormlyConvert. The file opens with the tools that fit it.
